Joshua Field

Founder

Joshua Field has spent the last 11 years working with teams in the NFL, MLB, MLS, NBA, NCAA, and private sector businesses, providing subject matter expertise in security staffing, training, policy development and event security operations.  His active leadership at large scale national events such as Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix, Super Bowls, NCAA Final Fours, and some of the nation’s largest music festivals, has showcased his specialized experience in security program development and management under a national spotlight.

 

In addition to his professional experience, Joshua has advanced his career skill set through numerous FEMA, TEAM and NIMS trainings, classes, and certifications.  He is an authored contributor to multiple industry best practice guides and performed as a project manager & consultant for over a dozen organizations’ SAFETY Act Application.

Bringing his years of experience working at special events, across the nation, Joshua founded SecurEvent Solutions with one goal in mind MAKE ALL EVENT SAFER!

Robyn Field

Director of Operations

Graduating from the University of Minnesota Robyn was hired by the United States Secret Service as a Special Agent where she worked for 15 years.  As a Special Agent, Robyn focused on criminal investigations involving counterfeit currency, child exploitation, identity theft and threats made against the President.  While working as a Special Agent she was also able to travel the world on numerous protection details, starting with President Clinton through President Obama.  Robyn then transferred to a different Federal agency and joined the Office of Criminal Investigations for the Food and Drug Administration where she conducted criminal investigations and worked to help secure the nation's pharmaceutical supply chain.  After 25 years as a special agent for the federal government Robyn joined SecurEvent Solutions and began to manage internal operations of the organization. Robyn's initial duties included assisting SecurEvent Solutions with the security and public safety during the Miami Grand Prix, Formula 1 experience.  Robyn's additional duties include managing and scheduling travel, logistics, Red Team operators and events.

Kelly Way

Solutions Manager

Kelly Way has 20 years experience in event management having begun at the ground level working events as part time event staff beginning in 2002 at Gillette Stadium in Massachusetts. Her professional career began in 2007 with TeamOps, a division of the Kraft Sports and Entertainment company. During her tenure she was promoted several times growing from Event Manager, Sr. Event Manager to Director of Operations where she oversaw both the 24/7 security of both the stadium and Patriot Place retail sites and event management for Gillette Stadium and contracted clients. Kelly had a security operations role in 5 Super Bowls with the organization.

 

Kelly was a Regional Account Manager in the Bay Region as well as South Florida overseeing client accounts in locations that included Levi Stadium, Oakland Coliseum, Hard Rock Stadium, LoanDepot Park, Stanford University, San Jose State and Cal Berkeley. As Regional Account Manager, Kelly participated in two Super Bowls overseeing NFL designated hospitality and fan experience locations. Kelly’s contributions as a Consultant with SecurEvent Solutions has included working on the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, the Florida Derby and the Preakness races.

Gerald Roberts

Solutions Manager

Gerald has 20 years of Public Safety, Domestic Security and Emergency Management planning and operational experience that includes local, State, National and International Special and Sports events.

 

In 2005 the City of Fort Lauderdale appointed him to design and implement Special Event Public Safety Planning with the city’s Police and Fire Rescue special event team. Additionally, Gerald is member of the South Florida Regional Domestic Security Task Force (RDSTF) as a Terrorism Liaison Officer within the section on Intermodal Transportation, Maritime Port Security, Critical Infrastructure, Emergency Management and Special Events. 

 

Gerald has extensive experience with Unified Incident Command Center Operations and Public Safety of Major (SEAR rated) Special Events, and direct participation in joint operations with the following agencies: Secret Service, Federal Bureau of Investigation, U.S. Navy Arial Demonstration Team (Blue Angels), NCIS (Fleet Week Maritime Port Security), NFL Super Bowl, Special Events, NASCAR Championships and National Level Concerts/Festivals.

Sean Dykes

Solutions Specialist

A vigilant and astute security manager with experience protecting the assets of companies, hotels, and high-profile clients while delivering service that exceeds client/customer expectations.  Throughout his career, Sean has demonstrated sound operational judgement with a high-level of attentiveness, overseeing the day-to-day security concerns of at-risk events and executives.  Sean has leveraged his years of experience in VIP security and Physical Security planning experience to help ensure SecurEvent Soluitions events stay safe.  Working with many of our key customers, Sean has supported Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix, Honda Classic, New Orleans Superdome, and Hard Rock Stadium to name a few.
